Astigmatism
Astigmatism is an eye condition in which the front surface of the cornea or the crystalline lens, has a slightly irregular shape (aspherical), shaped more like a lemon as opposed to an orange. Due to this irregular shape light doesn’t focus uniformly on the retina. As a result, your vision may appear blurred at all distances. People with mild astigmatism may experience eye strain, headaches, or blurred vision, while those with severe astigmatism will usually have blurred or distorted vision.
